Possibility to See Youngtimer Cars in Rally Talsi Special Stages
Last week application for participation in the Youngtimer Rally Talsi organized by the Latvian Antique Automobile Club was concluded, and its track on 17th May will cover the stages of Rally Talsi — one of the rounds of the Latvian Rally Championship. In Youngtimer Rally Talsi 18 crews will participate starting the stages approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes prior to the rally sports cars.

Sale of Rally Talsi Entrance Tickets has Started
Today in several sales points all over Latvia sale of the entrance tickets for Rally Talsi, that is the round of the Latvian Rally Championship and the Lithuanian Auto Rally Championship, has started. The entrance ticket for all stages of Rally Talsi, available in advance sale till 11th May, costs EUR 12.00. Rally Talsi will be held on 17th and 18th May in the Talsi neighbourhood.

Vytautas Švedas has Entered for Participation in Rally Talsi, Dynamic Sport Will Start as Well
The Rally Talsi participants’ list has been supplemented by the winners of the Champions’ Challenge Cup in 2011 — the Lithuanians Vytautas Švedas/ Žilvinas Sakalauskas (JUTA Racing); they will participate in the race with the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X car. An applications has been submitted also by the Dynamic Sport lead by Andis Neikšāns — in Rally Talsi it will be represented by 4 crews.

Haralds Šlēgelmilhs and Artūrs Pumpurs Will Participate in Rally Talsi Inviting to Donate for Treatment of Children and Young People With Cancer
Participation in Rally Talsi has been announced also by the Formula driver Haralds Šlēgelmilhs with the co-driver Artūrs Pumpurs — on 17th and 18th May they will start in Talsi with Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X N4. During the Rally this crew with mediation of RH3 Fonds will strive to turn attention of the whole society towards cancer treatment and complications related with it encountered by children and their family members during treatment and rehabilitation.

Rally Talsi Ceremonial Start After 60 Days
Today the first official document of Rally Talsi — the Rally Guide 1 — has been published, and it marks the start of the active stage of the rally organisation that will continue for 60 days until the ceremonial start of Rally Talsi on May 17. The Rally Guide 1 includes the main facts about the event so that sportsmen may commence full-fledged preparation for the event.

Rally Talsi 2014 — an Event with International Significance
The calendar of the Latvian Rally Championship (LRC) 2014 has been confirmed, and it includes also Rally Talsi that will be held on May 17 and 18 and will be the fourth round of the new season. Rally Talsi or the Rally of Champions will become an international event in 2014, as the rally in Talsi will be also a round of the Lithuanian Rally Championship (LARC), of the Northern Europe Zone (NEZ) Rally Championship as well as of the NEZ Junior Championship.
