‘All the infrastructure needed for spectators will be present at the Festival Town. The spectators will have all their needs attended to and will be allowed to come and leave the area at any time. What is more, it will a very good place to watch competitions and enjoy various entertainment’, said Ramūnas Kliunka, Director of Halls Winter Rally.

People will have a great opportunity to warm near the fire, taste delicious meals and listen to the newest information about the race results. The festival goers will have an opportunity to compete in tire forces slalom, rope pulling, competitions of rugby balls and horseshoe throwing, to play disc golf.

For the first time, Kids Entertainment Area will be located in the Festival Town. In the heated tent the little winter lovers will participate in a picture contest, play darts, enjoy 3D glasses. Outside, the kids will have a pony to ride, sledge dog show to watch, a program of the Robotics school to acquaint with and participate in an extraodinary show of chemics.

‘Halls Winter Rally is the festival for colleagues, friends and family. That is why we show special attention for the kids this year’, said Mr. Kliunka.

Educational programs will be present, as well.

The Festival Town guests will be shown of special purpose firefighters’ vehicle with a manipulator, learn its capabilities.

The tent of Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communication of Lithuania will be situated at the Festival Town, as well. Specialists will present social project called “For the Safe Road”, introduce the rules of safe winter driving and road safety.

Halls Winter Rally will be held in Utena and Molėtai region on January 27-28. Night special stages will take place on Friday. On Saturday spectators will enjoy special stages, awards ceremony and a free concert at Utena multifunctional center.
