Similarly to the last year, when for the first time Rally Sarma visited neighborhood of Ape, Day One of Rally Sarma 2013 will be held on the roads of this area. Two special stages are prepared for the first day of rally. One of them is brand new. Both special stages will be used twice – once in the day time and second time after the sunset. So total length of the special stages in the Day One will be almost 35 km.

Final racing day will continue in traditional roads of Gulbene's neighborhood where three special stages will be driven twice with total distance of 82 km. One of the Day Two stages is new but another has a new final section. Only two special stages of Rally Sarma 2013 will be known for participants from last year.

"We can honestly say that we have built the safest rally track in the Baltics. All the changes are made to lower the average speed and the risk of high speed crashes. Stages are very exciting and interesting still. We are sure that the participants and spectators will enjoy this event," says Mr Vilhelms Sniedzans, the director of rally “Sarma 2013”.

Supplementary regulations of Rally Sarma 2013 will be published on 22nd January and entries will be opened on the same day. Organizers expect that the number of competitors will reach the maximum (70 rally crews, 30 sprint crews) due to Rally Sarma is a round of 4 championships.
