Even though the competitors were split into multiple classes, the overall classification results clearly demonstrate that driver skill plays a larger role than the car of choice, with the top three fastest drivers each representing a different class. At the end, Krišjānis Zintis-Putniņš (4WD, Subaru Impreza) came out on top, beating Kristaps Sarma (4WD Open, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX) by just 2.7 seconds, while Kārlis Nebars (2WD Open, BMW 330) was 18.8 seconds behind.
Not that far behind, in fifth place overall, we can find Kristers Cimdiņš (BMW 328) who was fastest in Klasika 3000, while the top 2000 class competitor, Madars Dīriņš (Renault Clio) was thirteenth overall.
The battle for victory in Klasika 3000 class was especially exciting. After SS1 Talsi, Kristers Cimdiņš had earned a 6.4 second lead over everyone else. However, Andris Vovers (BMW) won both SS2 Swecon and SS3 Ramirent, doing so by, respectively, 1.5 and 4.4 seconds. However, it was not enough to regain the lead, with Cimdiņš claiming a win by just 0.5 seconds.
Lithuanian Justas Simaška (BMW 328) was the fastest driver in the Junior class.
